Seriously! Why is it that I always choose "dare"? So my friend Salina told us about this IPhone app called Couch to 5K...at first we laughed at the thought...then someone got a novel idea...was that you Julie? We should actually try this and just see if it works!
Sounds harmless right? Wrong! This could actually kill me! I am so out of shape, I'm not sure I can actually run for 60 seconds...sad...and to top it all off I dont even know if they sell spandex or exercise clothes in my size. Right now, Im just so happy Im not doing that McDonalds challenge supersize me and the only scripture running through my head is, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me". So this begins our journey...3 ladies...from the West side of the Lawn!
